Your Role Description

You’ll be supporting people with disability to reach their individual goals, to become more independent and to get much more out of life.

We are looking for highly skilled individuals to work with our clients, professionally and compassionately. The job entails working with various shifts as our organisation will provide care for 24 hours according to the requirement of the clients. The job also offers flexibility of work hours and days according to the suitability of the worker.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Mandatory Requirements

  • Certificate 3/4 in Individualised Support for Disability Services or Aged Care
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Police Check
  • Working with Children’s Check
  • First Aid, including CPR
  • Current driving license and reliable vehicle
  • Covid 19 infection control training & PPE training
  • Manual Handling Certificate
  • One year previous Direct Care Experience is preferred and would be shortlisted first
